Privacy Policy
TrackSES (we, us, our) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, contact us, or use our services. This includes: your name and email address; payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe); AWS SES event data you choose to send to TrackSES (email addresses of your recipients, bounce/complaint/delivery metadata); usage data such as pages visited, features used, and timestamps; and technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our services; process your payments and prevent fraud; send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing notices); respond to your support requests; monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the product; comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: service providers that help us deliver our services (listed below); law enforcement or government authorities when required by law; a buyer or successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Third-Party Services
TrackSES integrates with the following third-party services: Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud infrastructure and email event processing; Stripe for payment processing (we never store raw card numbers); Web3Forms for contact form submissions; Cloudflare for CDN and DDoS protection. Each third party operates under its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Email event data is retained according to the plan you have subscribed to (7 days for Basic, 90 days for Solo, 180 days for Team). After account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address listed below.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect certain features.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TrackSES. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrackSES, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to our Privacy Policy. If you are using TrackSES on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
TrackSES is a SaaS platform that provides real-time monitoring, analytics, and alerting for Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). The service includes a web dashboard, email event ingestion via AWS SNS, bounce and complaint tracking, deliverability metrics, and team collaboration features as defined by your subscription plan.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Some features of TrackSES require a paid subscription. You agree to pay the fees applicable to your chosen plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service to process data from email campaigns sent without recipient consent; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our systems; resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission; introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure; use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Availability and SLA
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. TrackSES is provided as-is and as-available. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
6. Intellectual Property
TrackSES and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by or licensed to us. Your email event data remains yours at all times. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activity that we reasonably believe may harm us or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. You may request an export of your data before account closure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackSES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which TrackSES operates.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
