2. Hosting
The public website is hosted on AWS Amplify by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. The application and the API are hosted on AWS EC2 in the eu-west-3 region (Paris, France), operated through Cloudron, with AWS EMEA SARL as the underlying infrastructure provider. The database is hosted on MongoDB Atlas in an EU region.
3. Intellectual property
The TrackSES name, logos, and the content of this website (text, graphics, layout, and software) are owned by or licensed to 12N Labs and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited. The email event data you send to TrackSES remains yours at all times.
